Shipping Policy

Alma Pura Specialties ships to all 50 U.S. states. Every order is packed to order from bulk stock, so your spices, grains, chiles and herbs leave our facility fresh.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. You choose your carrier and speed, and you see the exact cost before you pay. There are no handling fees and no surprise charges.

Carriers & Delivery Speed

We ship with UPS, FedEx and USPS. Available options are shown at checkout and typically include:

  • Economy — USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground Saver, FedEx Ground Economy. Usually 3–7 business days.
  • Standard — UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail. Usually 2–5 business days.
  • Expedited — FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express Saver, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air. Usually 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight — UPS Next Day Air Saver, USPS Priority Mail Express. Next business day where available.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and begin the day the package ships, not the day the order is placed. They are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact us at info@almapura.us.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address is the single most common cause of a failed delivery, and it is the one thing we cannot fix once the package is moving.

If you spot an error, email us immediately at info@almapura.us. If the order has not shipped yet, we will correct it at no cost.

If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong, incomplete or undeliverable, shipping will be charged again to send it back out. The original shipping charge is not refundable — the carrier already made the delivery attempt and that cost is not returned to us. We will contact you with the new shipping cost before we resend anything.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at info@almapura.us within 48 hours of the delivery date, with photos of the product, the shipping box and the shipping label. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Freight Forwarders & Package Forwarding Services

You are welcome to have your order delivered to a U.S. freight forwarder, mailbox service or package-forwarding company that reships it to another country — for example to Mexico, Costa Rica or Jamaica. However, our responsibility ends when the carrier marks the package delivered to the U.S. address you gave us at checkout.

We cannot accept claims and cannot issue refunds or replacements for damage, loss, spoilage, shortage, seizure or customs delay on any order forwarded outside the United States. Inspect your order at the U.S. address before it ships onward and report any problem to us within 48 hours of the U.S. delivery date. See our Refund Policy.

Importing food products is regulated in most countries. It is your responsibility to know what your destination country allows.

Certificates & Export Documentation

We do not provide phytosanitary certificates, Certificates of Analysis (COA), certificates of origin, or any other regulatory or export documentation with our orders. Our products ship for retail use within the United States, without accompanying documentation.

This applies to any quantity, including samples. Destination countries require import documentation regardless of how small the shipment is. There is no minimum below which a phytosanitary certificate or COA stops being required — a 4 oz sample crossing a border is treated the same as a full case.

If you need any of these documents, request them before you place your order at Sales@almapura.us. They must be obtained from our suppliers or from a certifying laboratory, they carry an additional cost, they take time to produce, and availability is not guaranteed for every product or lot. We cannot issue them once an order has shipped.
