At Alma Pura, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- The damaged product
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Food Safety
Because our products are food items, opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
